EcoScribe Rewards™ Terms and Conditions
The EcoScribe Rewards program ("Program") is offered to EcoScribe Solutions clients at the sole discretion of EcoScribe, LLC., and is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, have a valid email address, and have enrolled in the Program ("Member(s)"). By participating in the Program, Members can earn EcoScribe Rewards Points ("EcoScribe Reward Points, " “Reward Points” or "Points") for booking and completing eligible services with EcoScribe Solutions and redeem available Points for certain rewards, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the availability of eligible reward items. The terms "you" and "your" throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any Member and any customer eligible to participate in the Program. Membership in EcoScribe Rewards is void if prohibited by law in the State, City or jurisdiction of the Member's residence.

EcoScribe may modify any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Program—including, but not limited to, the rules for earning and redeeming EcoScribe Reward Points, the expiration policy for Points and the products and services on which Points may be earned and redeemed—at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any Points or benefits you have already earned.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as EcoScribe decides to terminate the Program. EcoScribe may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, you will have ninety (90) days from the date Program termination is announced to use available EcoScribe Points remaining in your account. After that date, any Points will be forfeited without compensation.  

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that EcoScribe may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the website at and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.

EcoScribe makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program. EcoScribe Rewards Point earning and rewards redemptions are void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release EcoScribe and its affiliates and partners from all liability regarding the earning, redemption, and use of EcoScribe Reward Points, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed. EcoScribe suppliers are in no way affiliated with or responsible for EcoScribe Rewards Program administration.


You must have an account on ( in order to enroll in EcoScribe Rewards. Upon enrollment, you will be issued a Rewards ID number that is linked to your EcoScribe account ("Rewards Account"). To earn EcoScribe Rewards Points for a booking with EcoScribe, you must have a valid Rewards Account. 

As an enrolled Member of the Program, you will receive regular account servicing updates by email. Members may opt out of participation in the Program from the Rewards page on (Click “Unsubscribe” and enter your account email address)  Your ability to earn and redeem EcoScribe Reward Points will be suspended after you opt out. If you opt out of Program participation, you will no longer have access to your account statement information, no EcoScribe Reward Points will accumulate on future services, and any accumulated EcoScribe Reward Points will be unavailable for redemption. Any Points in your Rewards Account at the time of opting out will remain subject to the standard Points expiration rules and policies.

Earning Points

You must have an EcoScribe Rewards Account prior to completing an eligible booking in order to earn Points for that service booking. Points will be awarded only to the owner of the Rewards Account through which any eligible service booking is made. 

After completing and invoicing an eligible booking, the anticipated amount of EcoScribe Points to be awarded will be in the users account.   

EcoScribe reserves the right to rescind at any time any pending or available EcoScribe Reward Points that were earned or awarded for unused, canceled or uncompleted services.  EcoScribe Reward Points will be rescinded in cases where a refund was issued on the main account for which Member received Reward Points.

EcoScribe has the right to monitor all Member Rewards Account activity. If your Rewards Account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, EcoScribe may close or freeze your Rewards Account immediately, and you may lose your accrued EcoScribe Reward Points. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, EcoScribe reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to EcoScribe, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in EcoScribe Rewards in the future. Bookings discovered to be fraudulent will have their EcoScribe Points rescinded, and the Rewards Account associated with such fraudulent bookings will be frozen from further Rewards Point earning or redemption activity. If your Rewards Account does not represent the correct number of EcoScribe Points that you should have been awarded as determined by EcoScribe, EcoScribe reserves the right to adjust your Point balance. If you believe your Rewards Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact the EcoScribe Service Center immediately. If it is determined you have been the victim of a fraud, the Points you have earned will be transferred to a new Rewards Account.

Rewards Point accumulation, redemption, and expiration status can be accessed on your Rewards Summary, which is available online when you login from within the My Account section. EcoScribe Reward Points and rewards have no cash value. EcoScribe Reward Points may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in EcoScribe Reward Points. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in EcoScribe Rewards and redemption of any rewards.

If a Member believes he or she did not receive the correct amount of EcoScribe Reward Points for a service booking, the Member must contact EcoScribe Solutions Customer Service at 1-888-651-0505 within 90 days from the service date. EcoScribe will make the final determination as to whether Points adjustments of any kind are justified for the services in question. 

Services Eligible for Earning EcoScribe Reward Points

Earn one EcoScribe Point for every U.S. dollar actually spent on the following eligible service items booked and completed with EcoScribe Solutions:

    Court Reporting Services 
    Legal Video Services
    Transcription Services
    Translation and Interpreter
    Litigation Support Services
    Hosting and review services
    Electronic Discovery Processing and related services
    Forensic data collections and related services

Bonus Point Offers

From time to time, EcoScribe may offer opportunities to earn bonus EcoScribe Reward Points. All applicable terms and conditions associated with the specific bonus offer must be met in order to earn bonus EcoScribe Reward Points for your booked and completed service.  Offers are limited to the offer recipient and are not transferable. Reward Points   are never redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited by law.

Points Expiration

EcoScribe Reward Points will not expire as long as there is a qualifying service booking and completion activity with EcoScribe Solutions at least once every 12 months on that individuals EcoScribe Rewards Account. "Qualifying purchase" means a Rewards-eligible service which has been both booked and completed through your Rewards Account. All Points in your Rewards Account will expire if there is no qualifying purchase activity for a period of 12 months (365 days).  Once expired, EcoScribe Rewards Points will not be reinstated.

Point Redemption

Rewards include electronics, merchandise, gift cards, pro bono services, charity contributions and similar items. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value or residual cash value. Rewards cannot be combined with any other certificates, coupons, discounts, upgrades, awards, or promotions. Rewards are offered as promotional items and are void if sold for cash or other consideration, or if altered or copied, and cannot be reissued if destroyed, lost or stolen. Rewards are not valid where prohibited by law.

In order to qualify for a reward, a Member must have a sufficient amount of available EcoScribe Reward Points in his or her Rewards Account to redeem for the full cost of the reward in points.

Only the Rewards Account holder can redeem EcoScribe Reward Points.   Redeemed EcoScribe Points will be deducted from your Rewards Account at the time of redemption. 

No EcoScribe Point refunds will be issued for unused or expired Rewards Points.
